3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph every piece as accurately as possible. Jewellery is finished by hand, so small variations in colour, size, weight and finish are normal, and colours can look different from one screen to another. All products are offered subject to availability.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the product page in the currency displayed there. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and, for international orders, any import duties are shown or communicated before you pay.
- We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials on our servers.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, when payment cannot be verified, or when we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
